Micro Flash Fiction

Monsoon

The first showers of the season beat down, churning the sea, nurturing the earth, intoxicating the air. You watch the boy and girl on the beach. Drenched and delirious, they dance like waves, laugh like flowing water. First love, like the first rain, swells their senses. Tears will pour later.
